Verified Clean and convenient The unit was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Unit/rooms were exceptionally clean and the host was very responsive. Only comment is that it would be better if the breakfast option was clearly communicated in the posting and if hand towels were supplied in the toilets (there were none).

Die negativen Punkte sind für den Aufenthalt nicht sehr relevant, wenn man den Tempel und das Casino besuchen möchte. ☹Die allgemeinen Einrichtungen waren zum Teil nicht fertiggestellt oder wirkten fehl am Platz (stargazing garden, hammock garden). Verified Luxury 5 star stay with alot of facilities for kids The bath tub & balcony is with stunning greeny & genting resort view. I just cook simple dinner & breakfast enjoy in the studio. The sofa can turn to bed. They provided extra mattress / baby coat. Coway water filter dispenser is a bonus. My kids enjoy the facilities so much. The trampoline, the kids pool, the hammock. Not enough time to visit all the facilities even i'm staying for 3D2N. You won't regret to choose this studio type. Recommended for 2A2K family.

The complex itself consists of three towers (I think), and it has some shops and facilities available. There is a connected bridge link to the Genting Sky World Mall and Theme Park, which takes about 15-20 minutes of walking. ☹There were very few dead mosquitoes (or some tiny winged bugs) in the toilet, but I believe this is inevitable given the balcony and the surrounding mountain forest. The water heater isn't central, which is why other reviewers complain that it runs out so fast. It is a small individual tank for the apartment only. Keep in mind that you need to turn it on when you arrive, and it takes 45 minutes to heat the water.

People were not adhering to dress code in the pool. So many guests were swimming with cotton shirts and pants. The star gazing deck was a disappointment. The older adults in our group particularly enjoyed walking around the Terrarium and being so close to the clouds — a lovely and unique experience. Especially impressed with the hair dryer — lightweight yet powerful. Verified We had a wonderful stay and wish to be back! ☺The property is clean and comfortable. The unit we stayed has mics so we can sing karaoke & play mahjong. Host is friendly and response on time. Extra mattresses & pillows are provided. We love the link bridge, easy access to the top & down to temple. We love the pool, sauna and the outdoor pool that feels like a cold plunge! Also, property is attached to a mall, very convenient even though not many shops are opened but we managed to get good food & entertainment. ☹Our neighbour smoked so we couldn't enjoy the balcony much, we had to close the doors to avoid the smoke. It's a non smoking building so I hope measures are taken to prevent future rules break.

The 2-room apartment is spacious, clean, both rooms with ensuite bathrooms, the beds are comfy and the view from the apartment is awesome. Check-in was easy with prompt and clear instructions and Silaslee was responsive. Fantastic location which is just a 15-20mins stroll under covered walkway with escalators (no steps!) to Genting Highlands. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes at Antara Mall and it makes for a cool leisurely getaway with family and friends. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

The unit we stayed in is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provided very clear instructions (check-in, breakfast, wifi etc) so it was quite hasslefree. Verified Nice and comfortable weekend getaway. ☺Spacious and comfortable. There were 3 of us and this unit has 3 bedrooms, which was perfect. The view was great when there’s no fog. The 1km walk to Genting was very manageable in the cool weather. If you don’t like to walk, grab is also an option. ☹Not much complaints about the unit itself. What was a bit disappointing was the mall was not fully opened, hence not much to do in the mall except for the cafes and massage.

Verified Stay with family sangat berbaloi..bilik yg selesa bersih sesuai utk yg anak ramai ada extra bed tanpa any cas..baby cot pun free.. Everything was great except for the security guard situation. I arrived in a van with my family but couldn't park inside, so we opted for valet parking; however, the security guard claimed it was full and directed us to the underground parking, yet the guard stationed there wouldn't let us in—even though valet parking was still available. I found it strange—did they think we couldn't afford it? They wasted four hours of my time trying to secure valet parking, and we only succeeded after my husband got angry with them.

There were several escalators throughout and is at a slight incline. My kids (4 and 6) had no issues but it might be troublesome for strollers? There's supposed to be a buggy service for parts of the route, but this doesn't seem available when we were there. That said, there were plenty of amenities at Antara itself. And you can easily spend the entire day just in and around the accommodation. Very highly recommended. Will definitely be back

Silaslee management was the best among all the Antara Service Provider because the unit was superclean well managed compared Naibnb and Coibnb because we had bad experience with them insufficient towels, pillow, extra bed what ever was mentioned was not fulfilled the response was late unit was unhygienic ,Water clogged , Heater not working.. where else Silaslee prep was perfect they helped me with early check in as well.. water heater was perfect.. booked a 1 bedroom they gave me 2 bedroom instead due to early check in .. not bragging because of this but telling honest review is important for next upcoming people .. and this is not review for fake money.. pleasant experience..

Verified Overall, very relaxing stay with many food choices and convenience store available just downstairs. ☺Very new and clean unit. Everything was prepared like cutleries, water dispenser, oven, stove, pot and pans, microwave and even instant drinks were provided. Additional mattresses were also provided for us, very thoughtful. Would definitely book again the next time we go back. ☹There is no complimentary parking, so be prepared to pay for parking.

Would stay again next time! ☺Very comfortable, clean and stylish apartment 15-minute walk from Sky Avenue (mountain top) via Antara link bridge. Loved having the water dispenser in the room. Beautiful views from the room, overlooking the greenery, and plenty of natural light in the room. We LOVED the Antara signature mall right downstairs, with options for breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner or late-night snacks from the marts. ☹The bathroom gets very wet after showers as there is no partition between the shower area and the sink. Water from the shower area may leak out into the bedroom as the gap in the shower door is not tightly sealed. Additional floor mats were promptly provided upon request.

In room facilities are well equipped. ☹The room has a damp smell when we first entered. We have to open all the windows to clear the air. The only thing is none of the rooms come with twin beds. Futons are provided though. The facilities in the apartment are great (pool table, darts, bowling etc but as we did not book in advance, we did not get to enjoy them). The walk from the apartment to the first Casino is an upslope of about 15mins slow walk, to the 2nd casino will be another 10mins walk across Sky Avenue Mall. Not suitable for walking for those with walking issues. Perhaps Antara can consider providing shuttle service for those elderly so as to make it easier for them to access the casino. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Verified Highly Recommend! ☺Very good view and the 3 bedroom that we booked is nice and clean. The facilities are fantastic though we did not realise that some of them need advance booking so do book in advance if you intend to use the facilities. ☹There are no twin beds in all the 3 bedrooms which makes it difficult for us to arrange for everyone to sleep. There is futon but it is not so nice to sleep on futon. The walk from the hotel to Genting Casino is quite far - upslope though there are escalators along the way. It will be difficult for those with walking difficulties to do the walk.

But I didn't turn it on because it was cold. There is also a washing machine, Coway. All cooking utensils are complete. There is also a refrigerator! The hotel has many facilities. I like the indoor pool the most. One night is not enough to use all the facilities. The owner is also good, he answered every question I asked well and clearly. The room is bright and clean. Room for improvement: Suggested management to put some insect repellent or UV light that attract little flies. We did empty the dustbin each day but still there is little flies in our kitchen area. Service is superb as the management did find our lost and found item and return to us without any difficulties. Verified We had a pleasant stay here.The place is incredibly spacious and works great for groups of friends or families traveling together.The host provided a good amount of basic amenities, though we did notice there weren’t any hand towels supplied, so you might want to bring your own. The only real downside was a musky smell in the bathrooms, which seems to come from the fabric/blinds in the shower area holding onto moisture.Aside from that, it’s a comfortable, roomy space and a solid choice for a group trip!

Verified Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights for a group of 6, place was spacious and clean. Not sure if our experience was consistent with others but we only managed to check in at 4pm as they were still cleaning the place even though the listing stated the check-in timing to be at 3pm, we also had to check out at 11am even though the listing stated the check-out timing to be at 12pm, there was also no mahjong table in the unit even though the listing said otherwise. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the hosts were apologetic but we wish that the listing could be updated accurately as outdated information could be misleading.

We booked 2 units of 3 bedroom and 1 unit of 2 bedroom. Our 3-bedroom unit consisting of one master bedroom with a king-size bed and two smaller bedrooms with queen-size beds. The two smaller rooms share a bathroom. In total, there are three toilets, with two equipped for showering and one serving as a powder room. The unit was well-equipped with Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, including access to YouTube and Netflix. The kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked with basic dining essentials such as plates, bowls, cups, forks, and spoons. There was also a hot plate, a frying pan, a fridge, and a water dispenser. One suggestion would be to replace the oven with a microwave, as reheating food is far more practical, especially in Genting’s cooler weather. The tower shares facilities with the surrounding residences, including several playgrounds and a swimming pool. The kids’ pool was heated, which was a great feature for families. However, seating around the pool was limited, with only four chairs available. Another issue was that the poolside showers and toilets did not have hot water during our visit, making it difficult to clean up young children comfortably. We often had to bring them back to the room while still wet, which also resulted in wet lift floors and made the common areas look untidy. During the early hours of the morning, it is common to hear cars and motorcycles speeding through the area, which can be disruptive to sleep and overall comfort. As the building has more than 40 floors, having only three lifts can be challenging during peak periods. We also paid RM22 for parking during our 3-day, 2-night stay. The tower is directly connected to a mall. While not all retail lots are operational yet, there are several dining options available, including Luck Bros Kopitiam, which also serves as the room service provider. Unfortunately, we were never able to place an order through the QR code system as the ordering functions remained greyed out throughout our stay. There are also a few Chinese and Japanese restaurants, as well as a large paid indoor playground for children. A connecting bridge links the property to Genting Highlands, which takes about 15–20 minutes on foot and provides access to many more dining and entertainment options. Overall, this is a good place to stay and offers excellent value for money. However, I would personally avoid visiting during peak periods such as school holidays, as the facilities can become overcrowded and lift waiting times may be significantly longer.

Verified Great find in Genting! After reading reviews of the place I just had to check it out. To begin, check in was a breeze because of the instructional video shared by Miko before I arrived. Finding the right entrance to the car park, and the best place to park so i can access the nearest lift that will take me to the ground floor closest for the self check in was all in that video and helped immensely. Getting acquainted with directions around the towers, link bridge and AK Mall was also easy, with patience and common sense, not to mention the security guys around the place were extremely helpful. The room was cosy with everything I could've needed on holiday, from the coway water dispenser to the washer/dryer, fridge, cooker, microwave. And the bathroom was equally pleasant with the option of a bath tub + shower. I was on the 30th floor and the view was simply amazing! Definitely worth returning again and again!

The weather Genting memang dah best, but the view from the unit made it even better. Bangun pagi tengok awan & kabus memang healing betul. And honestly the highlight for me was definitely the bathtub view 🛁🌥️ Berendam sambil layan cold weather + view memang rasa macam luxury staycation. Rare nak jumpa homestay yang both cantik AND comfortable macam ni. Location pun convenient, check in smooth and overall memang puas hati sangat stay sini. The view from our apartment is fascinating, the bedrooms are neat and clean and the apartment is new and cosy. The mahjong table is a surprise for some of my guests who had a wonderful time using it in the evenings as the rest enjoy a drink or two together. The walk to Sky Avenue is about 20mins via the covered link bridge. We alternated walking and Grabbing from the apartment to Sky Avenue. Also walked to take cable car to Premium and grabbed back. Silas Lee and team provided excellent service. Their responses were almost immediate in helping resolve our needs. With these, my guests were generally happy with the vacation at Antara. Last but not least, it is highly recommended as it is great value for money!

Tower B entrance also near to the Antara main entrance and to the link bridge. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms unit at 35th floor is beautiful, luxurious, clean and spacious with a living hall, kitchen and balcony. Kitchen is well equipped with a water dispenser, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, washing machine and utensils. Each room and living hall are equipped with smart TV too. Strong wifi signal. There are sufficient charging point for us to charge our phones and tablets. Master Bedroom bathroom is spacious and with a bathtub. Surprisingly, there are two foldable beds and extra pillows, which I think is really helpful when you are traveling with families. Host also provided some free 3 in 1 drinks. Towels, shampoos and dental kits are provided. Scenic view from balcony. If you are lazy to walk up, you can easily grab foods and other necessities via the Antara Mall downstairs. Best part is Luckin Coffee and Zus Coffee are on-site. Overall, it was a good stay and I will come back again. Big thanks to Miko, best and quick response host!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated that every room had a TV and the WiFi connection was strong throughout our stay. The extra mattress, pillows, and blankets provided were very thoughtful and made it very comfortable for our group of 9. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The air conditioning and fans were in good working condition, although we hardly needed them since the weather in Genting was already cool. We also enjoyed the facilities provided, especially the swimming pool, kids pool, indoor playground, outdoor playground, and the lovely garden area. Great for families with children. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even more smooth and stress-free. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient as it is close to Sky Avenue Mall, where there are many dining options. There is also a connecting bridge that takes about a 15-minute walk to reach Sky Avenue. However, it may not be suitable for elderly guests or wheelchair users as some parts of the route involve escalators. One thing to note is that the parking fee was a bit on the expensive side (RM50+ for 2 nights). Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place for families or group trips. The water heater probably not able to sustain the large amount of hot water needed for the jacuzzi. Seems like a problem for the whole apartment. Other than this, the apartment is very nicely decorated and even has an automatic mahjong table. The host was very responsive and responsible as well. My kid left his watch in the apartment and we only realized it when we were back in SG. I contacted the host and luckily they managed to retrieve my kid’s watch and I’m lucky enough to have a friend who was still at that area and helped me collect it from the host to bring it back to SG.

I contacted the host and luckily they managed to retrieve my kid’s watch and I’m lucky enough to have a friend who was still at that area and helped me collect it from the host to bring it back to SG. Cons: The Jacuzzi pool unable to support warm water. The water heater probably not able to sustain the large amount of hot water needed for the jacuzzi. Seems like a problem for the whole apartment block.)

Overall stay experience was very very good: 1) Host was very quick and responsive, got instructions on how to check-in, instructions to car-park/lift/facilities etc almost immediately after making reservation 2) Check-in details on how to collect the access card was shared by host on the day of stay, very early on. 3) Apartment came with a coway water dispenser, mircrowave,fridge and oven. Cutlery including plates & bowls were provided 4) An automated mahjong table was provided by host for free as well (This is the most amazing experience !!) 5) Balcony was equipped with an amazing Jacuzzi (only caution here is to start filling the Jacuzzi like an hour before use, as water pressure is low, takes a while to fill up the whole Jacuzzi I would definitely stayed at this apartment again, good host and good facilities at apartment and unit itself.

Verified The place is exactly as mentioned, beautiful and pristine. Both Lee and Miko are responsive when we had issues to checkin and when we need a towel. They had shared earlier checkin time when possible. Kudos to them. The view from the place is awesome, be it day or night. Host was quick to respond to queries and provided clear instructions on the checking in and out process. While the apartment facilities were free to use, I was not lucky enough to use them due to the cold and rainy conditions during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I look forward to booking under this host again!

The unit was modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The facilities were great too — there’s an indoor pool, gym, and even some cafes and restaurants in the same building. The view from the room was beautiful, especially in the morning with the cool Genting weather. There’s a connected pathway with stairs and escalators that leads all the way to Genting Sky Worlds and Themed parks. It takes about 10–15 minutes, and since it’s sheltered, the walk is actually quite nice and easy. Check in process is pretty easy.

Verified I loved the apartment ☺ check instructions were sent via text. Easy to follow. The apartment is located on the 41st floor with amazing views. The apartment has a contemporary design and furnished very well. We just came from the shangri-la in KL and I have to say the beds and pillows were much better here. I had a very good sleep! TV in each room and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend. Hosts are great and respond quickly. The views are absolutely breathtaking ☹ Because the building is so new, some of the shops were not open yet. If you come from the city, there are not many grab options, so definitely get something from Genting. There is a walkway from Antara to Genting. It was a little hard with a pushchair and might need to be mindful if you have a wheelchair. There are signs that you can't use the escalator if you have a pushchair or wheelchair but there isn't a lift. We didn’t use the outdoor jacuzzi. There are 3 buildings and just felt a bit exposed to one of the buildings. Not much privacy.

We had 3d2n stay in this unit, the beds & pillows are very comfortable, every room got tv and my children really enjoyed. balcony got nice mountain view. full-fledged of facility such as gaming arcade, indoor pools, plenty of places with seats for chilling. 15-20mins walk(covered walk way) from genting avenue. we will definitely rebook this apartment for next visit

We stayed at Antara Genting Airbnb right after our daughter’s graduation ceremony, and it was the perfect short family getaway.🎓👩‍🎓🥳 The unit was modern stylish, clean, spacious and cozy — much more comfortable than a typical hotel room. One amazing feature is the jacuzzi on the balcony, offering a beautiful view for perfectly relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare simple meals like curry chicken, steamboat and Maggi mee, which we could enjoyed in the cold weather with a refreshing breeze and a beautiful view. While the Coway water dispenser with hot and cold options made it easy to have drinks anytime. The host also provided a modern automatic mahjong table, which added extra fun to our stay. We also enjoyed having Astro TV for entertainment and relaxing indoors. The location was strategically — we could walk just 15 minutes from Antara Airbnb to Genting World Resort, Sky World Theme Park, Casino, Sky Avenue and First World Plaza via the link bridge. This provides hassle-free to access the attractions while we still can stay in a peaceful environment. With all the thoughtful amenities, convenient location and cozy atmosphere, this stay gave our family a lovely memory to cherish. 😍🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 We truly enjoyed our stay here. Hence We highly recommend staying at Antara Genting Air Bnb for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.😘💜 ________________________________________

Verified The unit is at high floor with amazing view , its clean and new and the bed is very comfortable.I also amazed by the condo's facilities, happy to enjoy the jacuzzi at Genting low temperature.
